With appreciation and utmost delight we welcome you to MLS, an institution which is known with her quality, excellence, wisdom and high academic and moral standard. We thank the Almighty God for crowning Morning Lilies School with success! Praise the Lord!

We are grateful to God for the growth of our school which has been totally amazing and humbling, not just in academics, but also in the positive progress of learners to our desired height and of course the consistent increase in numerical strength. It has been made possible more by the mercy and favour of God than any of our doing whether through our impartation on the learners or skillful teaching styles. Our achievement is a testimony of the grace of God.

Since the inception of the school in 2013, there has been no looking back as the Lord has set us high and lifted us from one glory to another. We have watched with great pride as the children learn and get better each day in their academic work. There is something about beginning a new school year that energizes and drives one to surmount all visible barners - It is the hope and joy of seeing the learners evolve in a twinkling of an eye.

We keep witnessing a positive change, growth and development in the learning capabilities of our children. Most of our learners have totally adapted to the MLS learning culture.

Thanks to our gritty teachers, not forgetting the unwavering support of our esteemed parents.

The Director

Mrs Vivian Akagwurike

Mrs Vivian Akagwurike is an astute educationist with great passion for imparting lives.

She has her first degree in English and Education from the University of Ilorin. She has a Masters degree in Humanities(English) from Imo State University, Owerri and a certificate in Ordinary Level(English Language) Cambridge with Grade B.

She has taught for several years during which she has gained a lot of insight into how children learn. She is happily married to Evangelist Ugochukwu Akagwurike and the marriage is blessed with children.

Morning Lilies School is passionate for providing qualitative education and high moral values, fully equipped to 21st century standards plus our efficient and highly motivated staff.

The school is born out of the mission to produce a truly balanced child, brilliant and God fearing. The zenith in academic is our Hallmark. Excellent performance in every area: Academics, Socially, Spiritually and Sports is our watchword.

Children are equipped with functional knowledge and skills with which to solve the multi-dimensional problems of our society. The children are exposed to a lot of needed moral attitude as well as character building skills. They are taught to become models to others not only in academics but also in dressing, speaking, eating and walking.

The school's set up is very unique with seasoned teachers. Class sessions are always very practical, exciting and most fulfilling. The environment is Serene allowing for a constant flow of fresh air into the compound with spacious classrooms. Our modern infrastructural facilities are ready to take the children to the top in their learning activities. The school has a well equipped library, art and craft hub, auditorium halls for seminars and visual trips, music rooms and the kitchen department for delicious school meals to serve our pupils. The school has a playground, swimming pool, an affordable and conducive transportation system.

At MLS, we are passionate about education and all forms of learning, therefore, Extracurricular Activities are not left out. We do not limit ourselves to the four walls of the classroom alone. Our tentacles are spread touching other areas of science, art, drama, music, sports, crafts and painting.

At MLS, education is not just where teachers teach and students learn to earn good points at the end of the year; it is so much more. We raise our children to achieve their full potentials academically and also become truly rounded individuals.

The Head Teacher

Mrs Pauline Olasele

She is an educational consultant, career counsellor and a motivator with a degree in Educational Guidance and Counselling.

She is very creative and innovative and has travelled widely which has made her versatile in the educational field. She has anchored so many leadership seminars and is seen as a role model.
